6 Sentinel Court, Raby Bay, sold for a staggering $5.25m to a Sydney buyer half an hour before the first open home. Buying the home for $4.25m a year ago, the property owners were offered a million dollars more than they originally paid. With uninterrupted views overlooking the brilliant waters of Raby Bay to islands beyond, this remarkable residence is the pinnacle of luxury beachfront living. The home features a centrally located kitchen that is fitted with extensive cabinetry, a full suite of quality appliances and flows effortlessly to dining and living areas, with high raked ceilings and banks of full height glass. Selling agent Emil Juresic of NGU Real Estate has sold the Ray Bay home three times in the past four years, also selling it for $3.55m in 2018. It’s no surprise the home has had a staggering increase in property value in recent years, with access to its own 12.5 berth within a private marina, exclusive to Sentinel Court residents.

Ausbuild joint managing director Michael Loney and his wife Chelsea have boosted their personal project gains by nearly $3.5 million through the swift sale of a striking brand-new home in Carina Heights. Named Verde, the contemporary five-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 118 Buckley St sold for $3,488,888, five days after it was listed with Emil Juresic of NGU Real Estate. The hefty sale price was the highest recorded for a residential home on a single block in the leafy suburb in Brisbanes’s east. Records show just one property in Carina Heights traded for more — a 1,754 sqm site sold for $3.5m in 2010. While Ausbuild offers house and land packages priced under $1m in emerging southeast Queensland masterplanned communities, the Loneys’ personal portfolio leans to the luxury market. Mr Juresic said he has handled more than $28m in deals for the industrious couple over the past two years. The Loneys acquired the 647 sqm lot on Buckley St for $1.225m in May 2022 and built a double-storey home with soaring ceilings, full-height stone walls and expanses of glass along with high-end features including custom lighting, a wine cellar, and pool house with a bar. Four of the bedrooms have Juliet balconies, including the generous master with dual dressing room, lavish ensuite and a private sitting area.

A well-known Brisbane real estate agent has displayed a spectacular display of generosity and holiday cheer in the lead up to Christmas. One Life Club recently organised a charitable SuperDrive from the Gold Coast to Brisbane, featuring an impressive convoy of 60 supercars. The event, held on December 2nd, 2023, was not only a celebration but also a fundraising effort for The Starlight Children’s Foundation. The driving force behind this charitable initiative CEO of NGU Real Estate Emil Juresic said he does a charity event every year to help the community. “God blessed me with the ability to work hard, leading to a great life and successful businesses,” Mr Juresic said. “With my success, I’m aware not everyone has the same opportunities, so every Christmas, I raise money for different charities,“ “The goal was ambitious, but the community’s response exceeded expectations, with an astounding $91,922 raised, including an impressive $38,000 within the first 24 hours.” Mr Juresic said he wants other businesses to raise money for charity. “I decided to organise a supercar drive from Brisbane, raising money for the Starlight Children’s Foundation. My goal was $50,000, but we raised $91,922, changing the lives of 2350 kids, bringing smiles over Christmas,” he said. “Many of these kids are in hospitals. I believe in giving back, and I’m grateful for the support we received.”
