A little about me
Tess Crossley has been in the real estate game for almost 20 years and hasn’t lost her sense of humour.
The property manager loves to have a laugh and is refreshingly honest, a trait which no doubt has assisted her in building strong relationships with clients.
“I work for everyone, what I mean by that is, I try to keep all stakeholders happy,” she said.
“This means having strong communication and keeping all parties updated all the time.”
Tess is a keen traveller and is planning more adventures with her husband, now their two children are becoming more independent.
“I was born in Brisbane but have been settled in Ipswich since I was 13,” she said.
“I love Ipswich as it has that country feel, and we raised our children here so it’s been a wonderful home.”
Tess’ advice to rookies commencing their real estate careers is to work hard and do your best.
It’s a simple approach but one which has served Tess well over the past two decades of managing properties successfully.
