We began planning to sell approx. twelve months prior to listing and the early engagement of Robbie I firmly believe has led to the success in selling. Robbie was more than eager to assist with our preparation, he came for two meetings prior to listing to ensure we were best positioned for sale. His advice was fantastic and if other vendors were in the position of allowing for early engagement-do it! Robbie has been extremely thorough in his approach, communication is certainly his strength. We felt like decisions were in our court but his guidance certainly aided the sale process and areas where we were not as confident. Robbie always takes a call, always returns a call, and is very transparent. A realistic approach to our sale process/expectations, options for sale strategy and guidance leading up to our open home were appreciated and delivered – Robbie is meticulous and goes the next step. We have now dealt with Robbie from a purchasing perspective and from a vendor selling-and both avenues were equally pleasing. Highly recommend for both people in the market to purchase and of course people considering selling, you will not be disappointed.
